The Technical Issues forum often has "Known Issues" and "Fixed" posts that are up-to-date with the latest problems and workarounds for PlayOn. Make sure you take a look! Our blog also often has information about new features and what's to come. Problems Using PlayOnIf you are experiencing technical difficulties after installing PlayOn that you couldn't resolve through our FAQ or forum, please send us an official support request through PlayOn Settings, which can be found under Start > All Programs > PlayOn > PlayOn Settings. This will send us diagnostic logs, which we can use to figure out what may be going wrong.
![]() We try our best to respond to all official support requests within 48 hours. Problems Installing PlayOnIf you are having problems installing PlayOn on your PC (and therefore cannot access PlayOn Settings for support requests), you may contact our support team directly at support@playon.tv. Retrieving a Lost License KeyIf you lost your previously purchased license key for PlayOn, you can have the key resent to the email address used for your original purchase. Just fill out this form, and make sure your mail client and mail provider are set up to allow emails from us. It's quite common for junk or spam mail filters to block the license mails! Sales Inquiries or General QuestionsIf you have other non-technical questions, such as an inquiry about license sales, or just want us to know how much you love (or hate) PlayOn, you can also reach us directly at support@playon.tv. Note that only installation problems and other non-technical inquiries will be answered via the direct support email. All other technical issues related to PlayOn must be submitted via PlayOn Settings. |
