How to Register Your PlayOn Premium Installation
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal as well as an email from support@playon.tv
with your license information. You will be need to add your license key to PlayOn Settings (Start > All Programs > PlayOn > PlayOn Settings). Make sure your spam filter is set to allow mails from MediaMall.
Ensure You Receive Your License Mail
If you do not receive an email within one hour with your license information, please verify that our mail hasn't been blocked by your spam or junk mail filters. Also note that eChecks often take 3-5 days to clear, but once cleared, your license key will be sent.
Be sure to enter your email correctly when making your purchase.

What's the Difference Between an Annual Subscription vs. One-time Payment?
Subscription Customers
Your license will be valid for each one-year period you have paid for and your subscription will be automatically billed and renewed annually. If you cancel your subscription, your license will remain valid until the one-year anniversary date of your most recent payment, and you will not be billed further. While your license is valid, you will receive all patches and bug fixes for PlayOn Premium.
One-time Payment Customers
Your license will be valid for the life of the product and you will receive all future patches and bug fixes for PlayOn Premium.
A Note to All Customers
Please note that new PlayOn products from MediaMall Technologies may require a fee to purchase for all Customers.
PlayOn software enables browsing of content provider websites that may not have a direct affiliation with MediaMall Technologies. Although we work tirelessly to ensure continued PlayOn compatibility with all current and future supported services, MediaMall cannot guarantee such support in any way.

In the event you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. If you have a PayPal Account just visit the cancellation page and complete the form. If you do not have a PayPal Account Call PayPal Customer Service at 1-402-935-2050. You will be required to provide your first and last name, the phone number or email address you provided when you signed up, and the last 4 digits of the credit card you registered. Once cancelled, the remaining paid term of your subscription will be honored as described under the section What You Get for Buying PlayOn Premium.
