Allow high priority server start.

I figured out a way for my less then optimal PC to serve up play on with out constant stuttering. If I start the server in user mode and then set the priority to high thru the task manager, my videos play smoothly. Could you add options to play on settings to start the service in high priority?

Re: Allow high priority server start.

You could download and install Process Explorer. It allows you to set the priority on running processes including services such as MediaMallServer.exe.
